How much does website maintenance cost?
Our care plans run from $90 to $190 a month including GST, and every plan includes Australian hosting.
What’s included in a website care plan?
Hosting, monitoring, daily backups, security scanning, updates tested before they go live, and support time each month. The plan finder above shows everything your plan includes.
What can I use my support time for?
Small jobs such as changing text or images, publishing a post or event, or updating a form. Each plan includes 30 to 90 minutes a month; unused minutes don’t roll over. Bigger jobs are quoted first.
Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
Yes. We check it over first, then move it onto our hosting. Moving a WordPress site is free; a site that needs rebuilding is quoted separately.
Will my site go down when you move it?
Rarely, and only briefly. We test it on our servers before we switch it over.
How reliable is the hosting?
We aim for 99.9% uptime, and monitoring tells us straight away if your site goes down.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan as your site changes.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Plans have a six-month minimum term.
Do you host email?
No. We host websites only, so your email stays with your current email provider.
