Listapage Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By joining the Listapage Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Listapage Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring customers who purchase Listapage WordPress plugins (branded as ‘Lista’ plugins). Participation in this program is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid website or platform, and provide accurate registration information. Listapage reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

You will be provided with unique affiliate links. You are responsible for properly implementing these links. Commissions are only earned on sales tracked through your unique affiliate link and completed within [30] days of the initial referral click.

4. Commission and Payment

Commission Rate: 25% of each qualifying sale
Minimum Payout Threshold: $10
Payment Schedule: Weekly or Monthly via PayPal.
Commissions are paid on completed, non-refunded sales only.

Listapage reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices; bid on Listapage branded keywords in paid advertising; make false or misleading claims about Listapage products; self-refer or use affiliate links for personal purchases; use coupon or deal sites without prior written approval; or engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods.

6. Intellectual Property

Listapage grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our approved logos and marketing materials solely for promoting our products. You may not modify these materials without written permission.

7. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Listapage.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all Listapage branding and affiliate links. Unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 30 days, provided no violations have occurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

Listapage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. 

10. Modifications

Listapage reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
